Hi, I'm Graham.
My background runs from finance and IT through to business growth consultancy and hands-on project management. I have spent many years working with businesses at every stage, from early start-ups to companies pushing past £2m turnover, getting into the detail that actually moves things forward: team structure, process improvement, IT procurement, and the strategic decisions that tend to get avoided in day-to-day operations.
That work spans the private and public sector. I have delivered IT project and programme management for local authorities and public bodies alongside commercial clients ranging from construction and engineering firms to taxi companies, design agencies, and not-for-profit organisations.
Over time that work led me toward facilitation. Not because I ran out of answers, but because the best outcomes happen when the people inside a business reach their own clarity rather than being handed someone else's conclusions. I trained with AJ&Smart, one of the world's leading facilitation agencies, and hold a Certification as a Workshopper Master in accelerated decision-making. That means guiding teams through structured sessions, from one-hour exercises to full five-day Design Sprints, that produce real decisions rather than slides.
JustOptimise brings both strands together. The consulting side draws on years of business coaching, digital marketing, and IT. The facilitation side, delivered through JustFacilitate, is for organisations that need to move faster and think more clearly than their current meetings allow.
I hold PRINCE2 Practitioner and programme management credentials, and an A2 Certificate of Competency (UK CAA) for commercial drone operations. But what I care about most is whether the work delivers something useful. That is the only measure that matters.
